The Basilica Assumption of Santa Maria of Lekeitio is an important landmark of the so called Late Basque Gothic. The church has always called the attention because of its excellent Gothic style, the sculptural west doorway and the richness of its content.

The basilica is located in the fishing town of Lekeitio at the coast of Biscay in Spain, built in the XVth century.
